• All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing changes will not affect active projects with signed agreements.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services, except as otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Revisions Policy

 

• Up to 8 free revisions are included for most projects, as outlined in the service agreements.

• Any additional revisions beyond the free limit will incur extra charges.

• Requests for revisions must be made within the agreed timeline set in the service agreement. Delays in providing feedback may affect project timelines.

Client Responsibilities

 

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, clear instructions, and timely feedback for project success.

• Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the client may result in project delays and additional costs.

• Clients are encouraged to review deliverables carefully and provide feedback promptly.

Portfolio Use

 

• By engaging in a project with Monica Racal, you grant permission for completed work to be showcased in my portfolio, including on this Website and other marketing platforms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If you prefer the project to remain confidential and not be displayed publicly, please inform me in advance. We can then establish a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the privacy of the work.

• All client information, including personal data and project details, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the services outlined in the agreement.

• Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s express consent.

Limitation of Liability

 

• While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Monica Racal cannot guarantee that the Website or services will meet every user’s expectations.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.

• In any case, my total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
